My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023 - Can You Find It?
Ava MonPere has been on YouTube for about 4 years. Her 137 videos have a total of over 122 Million views. So that's almost a million views on average for each of Ava's Shorts. All her videos are Shorts.
Her most popular Short is "Call me #shorts" and it has 29 Million views. Why does this one have so many more views? The thumbnail pic is nice but nothing special. Ava does have her hands on her hips with her head tilted. This is a strong pose which might challenge a viewer to stop and have a closer look.
Upon closer inspection we see text - I hid my phone number somewhere in this video...call me
This is a further challenge to the viewer. They want to watch the video to see if she actually gives her phone number somewhere in the Short. They may be curious or they may actually want to call her. So many people will want to watch this Short, and many did.
Once they watch it, they will see Ava MonPere doing a dance. Where is the number? It is not obvious. Is it coded in her hand and body motions? Is it in the background somewhere? Is it on her face or body? It will take several views to see if her phone number can be found.
Maybe you don't see any number. Maybe you just find a 9. Then you wonder if anyone else found Ava's phone number so you check the comments. Meanwhile the video keeps repeating.
You finally conclude that there is no phone number here, after you have viewed the Short dozens of times.
Smart self-promotion? I would say so. Can we learn something here and apply it to promoting our favorite crypto token?
