Today YouTube recommended an 8 minute video from the Savvy Minds Connect YouTube channel where they talk a lot about crypto to their 82K subscribers. This video features Raoul Pal, an investment guru with over 40 years experience. Pal talks crypto and where we are in the cycle.
Video Summary
We are in the early stage of a crypto bull market so just hold. Dont be trading with leverage because you will probably lose your tokens!
35% pullbacks are normal. If most of your crypto portfolio is in the major tokens then you will be fine. Buy the dip!
Solana is cheap. Pal likes it. Keep 80 % of your tokens in the top tokens.
Economic growth will slow then pick up again. The strength of the US dollar is involved in this.
A weaker US dollar will be good for Risk On assets like crypto.
Bitcoin, XRP, Solana and Cardano prices rise after Trump talks about a US Crypto Strategic Reserve that will include these tokens and others.

My Activity
today was okay even though I was involved in some family business a good part of the day. I did over 30 inclined pushups where my hands are elevated so they are easier. They target the upper chest and shoulders better from this angle.
At night I took a pretty good walk even though it has turned cold again, just 2 degrees above freezing. The ski jacket provided the needed shelter from the cold. On my walk I met some stairs and climbed 41 of them. That's pretty good for the legs and butt.
Well, that's the weekend. On to a new week. Mine will be busy as usual lately. But I do have plans for PEPE Game I hope to implement.
