As April Fool's Day exits, Liberation Day enters. Trump will be talking about his tariff policy in the afternoon and they will go into effect immediately. How will the economy react? He says Trump could do anything with the tariffs, no one even knows yet. He talks about starting them tomorrow and they will be permanent but we have to see how hard he goes on this tariff policy. He breaks it down into 3 intensities.
HARD: Trump enacts all the tariffs he has been talking about. He wants to cause a recession with short term pain to reset the economy which will cause Quantitative Easing and the crypto bulls will be back, eventually, after a drop to maybe 0K for Bitcoin.
MEDIUM: Trump moderates and makes some friends by going easy on some countries. Things stay about the same as they were but at least the uncertainty is over so possible recovery back to the bull market.
SOFT: Trump decides that the tariffs are actually too costly as the American people will not be happy with the increased prices which will probably lose him the Congress in 2 years. To avoid this, he goes easier on tariffs and everyone now is happy and the uncertainty is gone. Back to the bull market!

My Activity
today was slowed by yet another medical visit for tests. That went well and then I worked on family finances and got them in order.
At night I walked out my door for my daily nightly walk and saw the crescent moon low in the sky but high enough to be above the houses and trees. Welcome back my lunar friend!
I walked a medium distance but didn't get all that many steps. Maybe I didn't go as far as I think I did! Tomorrow is another day, but I'll be spending part of it watching commentaries on whatever Trump does.

Yes the tariffs might actually take huge shots at crypto but it'll always finds a way back up, at least Bitcoin will be eventually the others follow, stay calm too man and enjoy the day
