Tonight I am watching Live coverage of the Israeli attacks on Iran which started a few hours ago. I am watching a Live stream from the Greg Terry Experience YouTube channel. Greg usually covers Ukraine but now he is Live with this.

I am also watching a few cable news stations on TV. Fox News is Live with coverage on Iran. CNN was talking about protests in Los Angeles.
All we can do is hope for an end to all hostilities. We all hope for a more peaceful world. Who knows how this incident will play out. Stay calm, stay strong, do the best you can in your own local situation.
My Activity
for today was pretty good and I got over 10K for my actifit number. Most of the number was from walking and random movements as the day went by.

I woke up today with this, I expected something cooking, the last days US withdrew personal from middle east and a lot of movements going on

The usual suspects who claim they are at risk, are starting the wars again. Gross what this nation gets away with. Now when Iran returns fire they will yell see we told u! It’s such insanity.
