Sabrina Spellman is a teenage witch (actually half witch half human) who lives in Riverdale with her witch aunts. She is of course fictitious. She was created in 1962 and appeared in an Archies comic book.

Some time later...

In 1969 there was an Archies animated series on TV. The Archies had formed a band and made some records that became real life hits. The biggest was Sugar Sugar which was the most popular song of 1969.

Here is Sugar Sugar taken from an Archies episode from that time. Notice Sabrina working the kissing booth. This YouTube music video has 11 Million views!

Some time later...

In 1996 Melissa Joan Hart (formerly starring in Clarissa Explains It All) starred as Sabrina the Teenage Witch in a live action family comedy TV show, and it ran until 2003. Sabrina starts off in high school and then goes to college. Do you remember this show? I caught an episode the other day which made me look for Sabrina stuff online. I found this YouTube clip of the opening credits of the show over the 7 years it was on.

Some time later...

In 2014 Kiernan Shipka (who formerly appeared as the daughter on Mad Men) starred as Sabrina in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. This version ran for a few years. Have you seen this one?

Which Sabrina do You like best?

My Activity

for this Thursday was some random daily activity with some exercise snacks of high knees and squats mixed in.

At night I went out for my daily nightly walk. It was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I took a medium length trip and managed just 6K+ on my actifit number for the day. Not bad but a little below my average which is probably 7 to 8K.
