My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2025 - BabyMetal + Poppy
Tonight I went to the local bar to see a band people recommended to me! Turns out they were a bland local band. They played a decent CCR medley and a passable Crazy Train in honor or the late Ozzy. But the vocals were just passable and the instruments were muddled. The drummer was pretty good though.
In any case, I'm in the mood for something much more intense! I found out last night that BabyMetal teamed up with Poppy a few months ago and released a killer cut called From Me To You. The BabyMetal ladies were in fine fashion with their vocals and choreography. Poppy didn't move but she killed the scream vocals!
The video dropped 4 months ago and is approaching 8 MILLION views! How did I not see this earlier!

Okay, if that's not your thing, here is Poppy, acoustic! The song is Everybody Wants To Be Poppy. It is from 9 years ago and has .6 Million views. The vocals are soft and a little bitty bit hard in parts. There is just a unplugged guitar and drum machine. This one won't hurt you. :)

My Activity
for this Saturday was chillin with the kin. Then watching the bland band. Then a little walking but not much. I barely passed 5K today. Oh yeah, I did a few exercise snacks and lifted the dumbbells and did 30 inclined pushups too.
