We have a very cool whitewater rafting center here in the Charlotte area. I have been here a few times and there is so much to do.

Popular things to do include shooting down the zipline, climbing the rock climbing walls, navigating the elevated obstacle course, and just hanging around the scenery for a picnic or concert.

I have done less than half of these things, so I am looking forward to the nice weather so i can get back out to this fun place to visit if you're ever in the Charlotte NC area.

What's Your Outdoor Groove?

I like swimming and just chilling at the local pool.

I play water volleyball when the owner of the pool invites me to her house.

I ride my bike in the local streets but also on the local bike trails on occasion.

I used to play paddleball when I lived elsewhere but we have no paddleball walls in Charlotte that I know of. I played racquetball for some years but I am not able to access the place I used to play at anymore.

So pickleball is huge these days. I intend to try it.

for this nice warm day was mainly indoor stuff since it was cloudy and threatening rain earlier in the day. But at night it was nice and I had a fairly long walk. My number is over 8K which is good for me!
