A woman I follow on YouTube does dance covers and some of them are quite amusing! This one made me smile and Laugh Out Loud.

We have three ladies in a hallway maybe, in a school maybe. Each does their little dance then gives a hip check to the person next to them. At the end, they are laughing too hard to continue!

My Activity

for yesterday since I'm posting this the next afternoon was transporting a family member to a medical appointment, followed by some exercise snacks where I get up from my desk and do high knees or squats or lunges. Doing one of these for 2 or 3 minutes at a fairly fast speed gets the heart rate up and is said to be worth a half hour of walking in terms of health benefits.

Said by who? Her name is Rhonda Patrick and I'll have to find the video where she says this. Maybe I'll put that in tonight's post. Or maybe I already posted it! I've featured soooooo many YouTube videos over the years!
