Kettlebell - Anyone Workout With This?

Somewhere I saw something about kettlebells recently so I asked AI why would I use a kettlebell when I already use dumbbells. It told me about the different grip with kettlebells. Since the handle is not at the center of the weight like in a dumbbell, your core is going to be more involved in kettlebell movements.

So I went to YouTube to see if there were any popular kettlebell videos that might interest me. I found this one by the Caroline Girvan YouTube channel. She has 4.27 Million subscribers, so people must like what she is putting out.

This video is for a 15 minute Full Body workout with one Kettlebell. Sounds like something I would try if I had a kettlebell! Maybe I'll go get one and see if it is worth it. This video is from about 5 and a half years ago, and it has almost 7 Million views!

There are a few kinds of squats in here. Lunges to., Deadlift and bent over rows. Presses as well.

My Activity

was more of the same as lately - movement to keep the blood moving, and doing lots of chores around the house.

I also did some inclined pushups and some pullups.

I also took my nightly walk and it was 64 degrees Fahrenheit so I just equipped the white lightweight hoodie to my non-virtual character. It fit the bill nicely. The length of the walk was pretty good, but if I had gone just 700 more steps then I'd have broken 10K. Maybe tomorrow!

I’ve never used a kettlebell. I have dumbbells, but haven't been able to use them much lately. My daily activity includes some pushups and walking. Nice activity! Hopefully, you’ll smash the 10k tomorrow.

    for me.. kettlebells just are too risky and it is an accident waiting to happen. my balance sucks and even with a light one (i tried at the gym) I felt I was going to fall.
