I was still watching it when I posted this. :)

Basically successful experimentation has been concluded on mice that extended their life and cured issues like glaucoma (that causes blindness). The results "should" also be able to be achieved on humans as we're also animals with similar DNA makeup as other mammals.

Supplements were mentioned which I personally am not rushing out to try, it's early days with all this. Things like NMN, Metformin and Rapamycin were mentioned.
