Heute war wieder wenig Bewegumg amgesagt.

Bis 16 Uhr habe ich virtuell an der Betriebsrätekonferenz der SPD Bumdestagsfraktion teilgenommen.

Ich wollte die Wegezeit sparen. Das war aber keine gute Idee. Die Diskussionen und Workshops waren sehr gut, aber wirklicher Austausch kann nur vor Ort stattfinden.

Nächstes Jahr werde ich hinfahren. Dann habe ich sicherlich auch mehr Bewegung.

So hat es nur für etwas mehr als 5.000 Schritte gereicht.

Jetzt noch kurz auf der Couch mit meiner Liebsten und dann gehts endlich ins Bett.
