Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal seit über einem Jahr meine Fitbit wieder eingesetzt und damit auch gleich meine 10.000 Schritte für heute getrackt.

Ich finde es zwar seltsam, dass man in der Actifitapp nicht über die Einstellungen Fitbit koppeln kann, aber es ging ja dann beim posten.

Ebenfalls heute habe ich zum ersten Mal seit Monaten meine Hantelbank wieder genutzt. Für den Anfang nur ein wenig Bankdrücken und Bizeptraining an der Langhantel, aber das wird sicherlich wieder.

Morgen Abend gehts zum Fußball drückt mir die Daumen, dass ich unverletzt vom Platz komme. Mein letzter Einsatz ist auch ein Jahr her.
