Hey everyone! I missed out yesterday's blog post as I was so tired and when I got home I was totally trashed and I totally forgot all about it. After 9 days of consecutive posting, I felt strange not sharing my day. I hope that you guys out there continued to exercise and post.

So yesterday, I did 7,580 steps and made it to the park with all the BOYS! Including hubby. It was fun getting out as a family. The kids were cycling and we brought our badminton rackets to play. We also met some friends in the park. The kiddos are always excited to have other kids to play with and we stayed till quite late.

Today is FRI-YAY! Like I said, I am getting to love Fridays and the weekends a little too much. I need to find something that will make me love Mondays to Thursdays too. It has been a long week due to work. Plus we are preparing to head back to the office and work again next Monday.

So much still today and because I was so tired, I am not really myself at all. The thought of heading back to work in the office is a little unsettling and I kind of feel how much I am going to being at home with the kids. The irony though is that when I am at home with the kids, I do sometimes wish that I could have some quiet time to myself especially when they are being extra difficult...like today.

So I really need some exercise and fresh air and headed out along for a walk. I am slowly adding on to my steps daily and have managed to increase a little by little over the last two days. This weekend I hope to achieve my 10K goal.

Anyway, I hope that the start of your weekend is good and I will be back again tomorrow to share. I am doing this 100 days challenge to strengthen my knee and get fit again after my knee surgery. Do you have any tips for me or if you have any encouragement, I would so love to read your comments.
