Actifit Ulog - 3 October 2021 - Day 20 of my 100 days of recovery
Hey everyone! This weekend was one of those weekends I always want to last longer.
Spending quality time with my kids and hubby has been so wonderful. On top of that I also get to spend time on my crypto passion. Reading, researching and learning all about different protocols, projects and games! I tell you this week some alphas dropped really nicely and it was fun being together with some of the communities on discord. I must say lucrative too!
Chillin' without a care in the world! Sometimes I have so much to worry about and wish that I was him!
Today was a rather lazy day for us and honestly all I wanted to do was what my little doggy Kape was doing. He was so comfortable snoozing on our big fluffy pillows. He always looks so comfy when he snoozes. Sometimes, when I look at him, I dread the coming day that he will leave us as he has been with us for 13 years now and we got him when he was tiny and just 7 weeks old.
But when the kiddos woke up today, they wanted to make pancakes so they "helped" with the mixing and I of course helped with the cleaning up after. LOL! But we had a lot of fun making different pancake shapes and I just realised that I forgot to take some pictures!
Then we visited my parents and had an early dinner with them. Another thing that hubby and I have decided to do is to visit both our parents at least once every week. Once again, they are getting older with each passing year and we want the children to spend as much time as possible with their grandparents.
After that we came home and went on our usual night walk (for me) and cycle. I was thinking how difficult it has been to just stay active. Ever since my knee surgery in March this year, I have had to really push myself to just get out and go for a walk. I remember the time when all I did was games, exercise and outdoor activities... growing older does take a toll on me.

I really want a more active lifestyle and I want to feel stronger again. I want to be fit and healthy again. I want more energy! So I am going to continue with one small step at the time. Just walking everyday! Making it over my 10K goal and if I don't make, then I am going to try and try and try again tomorrow and the next day and the following day and so on.
