My Actifit Ulog: 13 October 2021 - Day 29 and 30 of my 100 days of recovery


I am so sure that I did more than the activity history! I need to remember to check that the app is up and running when I start my exercise

Hey everyone! I am at Day 30! Can you imagine that? It is now one months since I have started getting really serious about exercising everyday. I am really glad to say that I managed to do that on the majority of days. As with everything, I am not perfect and yes, there has been about a total of 4 days our of the 30 days when I missed my exercise session due to different reasons.

I am a little disappointed that yesterday and today somehow the app must not have captured accurately the record of my exercise as I was cycling a lot. I expected to hit my 10k goal but I barely managed to scrape 5k. We have been going for night cycles that last for at least half and hour to 45 minutes. So I am pretty sure that I managed more than just a miserly 5k plus. Note to self...check on the app every so often whilst exercising!

Walking through the mall, we came across the center court that still had the decoration for our National Day still up. It is quite pretty all the different flowers

Part of my step count today actually came from me heading to the shopping mall for lunch with a colleague today. We decided to try something healthy and landed up at Salad Atelier. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised as I hadn't tried it before. I ordered the green curry chicken poke bowl and it was so wholesome and filling. Lots of fresh vege and a good meat portion. My colleague had the smoked duck wrap and that was yummy too! Needless to say, I will definitely be eating there again. The prices were pretty reasonable too at RM16.90 per portion and we left very satisfied and full!

During our cycle today, the kiddos were really being boys! They were racing and side swiping each other... Chapati fell down twice and so did Murtabak. But boys being boys, they continue to push the limits and finally the last fall was a pretty bad one. Hubby was pretty angry as the boys were not being safe so we headed home. There were some damage to their new bicycles and they both got a lecture from us about safety. They were both grounded from using their new bicycles until they can remember about safety first. It's back to their old bikes until Papa says they can use their new ones.

Anyway, time really flies and tomorrow will be Thursday. I am glad to say that the weekend is coming again really soon! It has been a really busy week and I am looking forward to some down time and more crypto related work.
