Hey everyone, happy midweek! I kind of like Wednesdays because the week is almost coming to the end and Monday, Tuesday blues have passed. Here I am at day 40 after some setbacks in the last week or so.

I worked from home again today as my throat seems to have gotten even worse. The ice water didn't seem to help much and after dinner today, I decided that it was time for me to head to the pharmacy and see if I can get something for my throat. I usually have Thymol mouthwash in my medicine cupboard just for times like this but I seemed to have used it all up and I didn't replenish it.

Tonight we took the bikes out with the kiddos. It has been quite a few days since being able to go riding with them. They were of course excited but as usual we had to be very watchful of them. Teaching them bike riding etiquette and traffic rules is so much hard work. We keep repeating and repeating but nothing seems to go in. They still race each other, ride very near other pedestrians...side swipe each other...etc. etc. There were 3 near misses today in terms of bike crashes. Hubby and I were hoping to be able to go for a long bike ride adventure to Putrajaya or something this weekend because the schools are reopening and the kiddos will be heading back by next week.

As I shared yesterday this last one week has been tough but I am not giving up. I am get to bed earlier for the next few days as sleep always brings about the best healing when you have a virus attack. I can't wait to get well and be able to eat and drink without excruciating pain soon. You know what? I haven't drunk any coffee for the last 3 days! I so want a cup of hot coffee but the pain is just too intense that I can't even enjoy it.

Health really is your wealth, when you are unwell everything else pales in comparison. So please do take good care of your health. Eat well, sleep enough, exercise and spend lot of great times with your loved ones. I know that I am!

P/s all the coins including BTC is taking a dump today and that probably why I feel even worse...NOT! 😂 Can't wait for everything to make the next leg up!
