Many people rooted for France

Hope you had a nice weekend? I'm sure it went well there with loads of unwinding periods especially with the world cup.
Congratulations to Argentina for winning the FIFA World Cup #Qatar2022. They deserve it, or don't you think so?🤭😁.

This blog is about what I witnessed before, during and after the Match between Argentina Vs France.

I know a large number of people reading this rooted for France to win the cup because of their outstanding performance so far and also with their studded squad(or isn't their squad loaded?).

Yeah, a lot of my friends, both online and offline, rooted for France to win, and the main reasons they chose France over Argentina are;

• France are the defending champions and have better players to Argentina.
• Ronaldo's fans don't want Messi to win because the bants will be much on them.

There's no doubt that France pulled a good performance to get to the final stage and it shows that they're ready to crush anyone on their way from claiming the glory.

Argentina on the other hand, struggled on their way to reach the final stage especially their first loose to Saudi Arabia and the narrow escape from the Netherlands.

France were ready for a consecutive win and the fire burning in them made them not ready to surrender to anyone even though they were playing with one of the FIFA's favorites. The team was well loaded and had what it takes to match up with what Argentina has, especially with their main man, Mbape.

I remember arguing with some friends before the match, they gave their analysis and even went far to place a good amount of money on bet. People believed so much in the France team

This sounds crazy but it's the truth.
Since Ronaldo was removed in the quarter final by Morocco, a lot of people (CR7 fans) didn't see any reason for Messi to win the tournament because it's gonna cause a heartbreak to them especially via the trolls and bants from social media.

95% of of my friends that rooted for France to win were Ronaldo's fans, they didn't just want Messi to get near the glory because it'll downgrade all the facts they used in debating on who's the 'GOAT'.

At the football arena where I watched the match, almost all of them were supporting France to win, so the France's comeback in the second half from 2:0 put the house on a joyful mood🤗

Well, as for me, I'm not a fan of these GOATs debate and loud support, I love watching them play and enjoy football. But nevertheless, I rooted for Argentina to win and they narrowly did that.

The final match was so entertaining with back to back goals, Messi and Mbape were dragging for the golden boot🤗.
This is the best FIFA final match I've witnessed do far💯
