Saludos amigos actifit SWC, Saludos, amigos de actifit. Hoy les comparto mi actividad física del día de hoy bien temprano salí al parque , con mi hijo y pareja a realizar una camita en el parque metropolitano recorrimos todo el parque caminando dos veces y nuestro bebé de 1 año hizo ese recorrido con nosotros la mayor parte caminando me siento muy orgulloso de mi bebé, me divertí mucho hoy para terminar fuimos a visitar a nuestros amigos, Johnny Mendoza y Ángel lanoy.
Greetings friends of the actifit SWC,Greetings, friends of actifit. Today I share with you my physical activity of the day. Very early today, I went out to the park with my son and partner to take a walk in the metropolitan park. We walked through the entire park twice and our 1-year-old baby did that tour with us for most of it. Walking I feel very proud of my baby, I had a lot of fun today to finish we went to visit our friends, Johnny Mendoza and Ángel Lanoy.
