Hola, amigos de Actifit. Hoy quiero hablarles sobre algo fundamental antes de cualquier entrenamiento: los estiramientos y el calentamiento adecuado. Muchas veces subestimamos esta parte de la rutina, pero es clave para mejorar el rendimiento y evitar lesiones.

Comienzo con una serie de movimientos de activación para muñecas y hombros, especialmente útil si van a hacer ejercicios con peso o resistencia. Un buen ejercicio es la rotación de muñecas en ambas direcciones y la movilidad de los hombros con movimientos circulares lentos. Esto ayuda a lubricar las articulaciones y prepararlas para la carga.

Luego, paso al calentamiento general del cuerpo. Aquí es donde las bandas elásticas juegan un papel increíble. Las uso para hacer estiramientos dinámicos que activan los músculos sin causar fatiga. Por ejemplo, coloco la banda alrededor de los pies y realizo aperturas laterales para calentar los glúteos y las piernas. También hago estiramientos de los brazos, extendiéndolos hacia atrás y adelante con la resistencia de la banda.

Después de estos ejercicios, el cuerpo está listo para entrenar con más seguridad y efectividad. Nunca subestimen el poder de un buen calentamiento; su rendimiento y salud lo agradecerán.

Hello, Actifit friends! Today I want to talk to you about something essential before any workout: stretching and a proper warm-up. We often underestimate this part of the routine, but it's key to improving performance and avoiding injuries.

I start with a series of wrist and shoulder activation movements, especially useful if you're going to do weight-bearing or resistance exercises. A good exercise is rotating your wrists in both directions and rolling your shoulders with slow, circular movements. This helps lubricate your joints and prepare them for the load.

Then, I move on to a general body warm-up. This is where resistance bands play an incredible role. I use them to do dynamic stretches that activate your muscles without causing fatigue. For example, I place the band around my feet and do side splits to warm up my glutes and legs. I also stretch my arms, extending them back and forth with the resistance of the band.

After these exercises, your body is ready to train more safely and effectively. Never underestimate the power of a good warm-up; your performance and health will thank you for it.
