🌞 Calentamiento y Estiramientos Bajo el Sol – Pitahaya

Hoy arranqué el día con una sesión de calentamiento y estiramientos bajo el sol, justo en las barras de mi casa en Pitahaya 🏡. Nada como sentir el calor del sol sobre la piel mientras el cuerpo se activa poco a poco. El ambiente tranquilo, el canto de los pájaros y la brisa suave hicieron que cada movimiento se sintiera más conectado, más consciente.

Me enfoqué en despertar cada músculo, preparando el cuerpo para lo que viene más tarde: un entrenamiento intenso donde quiero dar lo mejor de mí. Estiramientos dinámicos, movilidad articular y respiración profunda fueron clave para entrar en sintonía. Este momento no solo fue físico, también mental. Me ayudó a centrarme, a visualizar el esfuerzo que pondré en la tarde.

Estar al 100 no es solo cuestión de fuerza, sino de preparación. Y este ritual matutino en las barras, bajo el sol de Pitahaya, es mi forma de honrar el proceso. Porque cada paso cuenta, y el cuerpo responde cuando lo tratamos con respeto y constancia.

🌞 Warm-up and Stretching Under the Sun – Pitahaya

Today I started my day with a warm-up and stretching session under the sun, right at the monkey bars of my house in Pitahaya 🏡. Nothing beats feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin as my body slowly activates. The peaceful atmosphere, the birdsong, and the gentle breeze made each movement feel more connected, more conscious.

I focused on waking up every muscle, preparing my body for what lies ahead: an intense workout where I want to give my best. Dynamic stretching, joint mobility, and deep breathing were key to getting in tune. This moment wasn't just physical, but also mental. It helped me focus and visualize the effort I'll put in that afternoon.

Being at 100% is not just about strength, but about preparation. And this morning ritual at the monkey bars, under the Pitahaya sun, is my way of honoring the process. Because every step counts, and the body responds when we treat it with respect and consistency.

Let's go all out!
