Hoy me lancé a una sesión intensa de entrenamiento centrada en el front lever, una de las habilidades más exigentes del mundo del calistenia. Arranqué con un calentamiento completo: movilidad de hombros, activación de escápulas y algo de cardio ligero para preparar el cuerpo. Luego pasé a progresiones específicas: tuck front lever, advanced tuck y algunas repeticiones de straddle. Cada intento fue una batalla contra la gravedad, pero también una oportunidad para afinar la técnica y fortalecer el core.

Me enfoqué en mantener la pelvis alineada y los hombros deprimidos, evitando compensaciones. El control corporal es clave en este movimiento, y aunque aún no logro sostener el front lever completo por más de unos segundos, siento que estoy más cerca cada día. Terminé la sesión con ejercicios complementarios: pull-ups explosivos, dragon flags y trabajo de lumbar.

La fatiga muscular fue real, pero también la satisfacción de ver progreso. Este tipo de entrenamiento no solo fortalece el cuerpo, también la mente. Perseverancia, disciplina y paciencia son esenciales. Mañana toca descanso activo, pero hoy me voy con la sensación de haber dado un paso más hacia dominar el front lever. ¡Seguimos en la lucha!

Today I threw myself into an intense training session focused on the front lever, one of the most demanding skills in the world of calisthenics. I started with a complete warm-up: shoulder mobility, scapula activation, and some light cardio to prepare the body. Then I moved on to specific progressions: tuck front lever, advanced tuck, and a few straddle reps. Each attempt was a battle against gravity, but also an opportunity to perfect my technique and strengthen my core.

I focused on keeping my pelvis aligned and my shoulders depressed, avoiding compensations. Body control is key in this movement, and although I still can't hold the full front lever for more than a few seconds, I feel I'm getting closer every day. I finished the session with complementary exercises: explosive pull-ups, dragon flags, and lower back work.

The muscle fatigue was real, but so was the satisfaction of seeing progress. This type of training not only strengthens the body, but also the mind. Perseverance, discipline, and patience are essential. Tomorrow is active rest, but today I'm leaving feeling like I've taken another step toward mastering the front lever. We're still fighting!
