Actifit Report – Entrenamiento de Front Lever y Pull-Up a Touch
Ayer fue un día intenso de entrenamiento centrado en dos ejercicios clave: front lever pull-ups y pull-ups a touch. Empecé con una buena sesión de calentamiento para activar el core y los hombros, fundamentales para mantener una línea sólida en el front.
Me enfoqué en mantener la forma estricta durante los front lever pull-ups. Aunque todavía estoy trabajando en lograr repeticiones limpias, noté una mejora en la activación de la espalda baja y el control del movimiento. Logré hacer 3 series de 3 repeticiones con buena técnica, algo que hace unas semanas parecía imposible. ¡El progreso se siente!
Después pasé a los pull-ups a touch, buscando precisión y explosividad. El objetivo era tocar la barra con el pecho en cada repetición. Hice 4 series de 5 repeticiones, y aunque las últimas costaron, me mantuve firme. Estos ejercicios realmente me exigen al máximo, pero también me motivan a seguir puliendo cada detalle.
Terminé con estiramientos y algo de movilidad para relajar los músculos. Me fui del parque con esa sensación de satisfacción que solo deja un buen entrenamiento. ¡Seguimos sumando!

Yesterday was an intense training day focused on two key exercises: front lever pull-ups and touch pull-ups. I started with a good warm-up to activate my core and shoulders, which are essential for maintaining a solid front line.
I focused on maintaining strict form during the front lever pull-ups. Although I'm still working on achieving clean reps, I noticed an improvement in lower back activation and movement control. I managed to do 3 sets of 3 reps with good technique, something that seemed impossible a few weeks ago. Progress is definitely being made!
Afterward, I moved on to touch pull-ups, focusing on precision and explosiveness. The goal was to touch the bar with my chest on each rep. I did 4 sets of 5 reps, and although the last few were tough, I held firm. These exercises really push me to my limits, but they also motivate me to keep refining every detail.
I finished with stretching and some mobility exercises to relax my muscles. I left the park with that feeling of satisfaction that only a good workout can give you. We keep adding to our progress!--
