Saludos amigos de la comunidad swc,Hola hivers, hoy les quiero compartir el entrenamiento del día de ayer de mi esposa, dónde estubimos trabajando en su rutina de básicos dominadas, fondos y flexiones, para ganar fuerza en general fue un entrenamiento corto pero muy efectivo, ya pronto estará metiendo muscle up en la rutina se los aseguro.los objetivos principales son el muscle up y recuperar el Backlever en full.
