Saludos amigos de la comunidad swc,Hola amigos de Hive, hoy les quiero compartir mi entrenamiento del día de ayer de empuje estuve enfocado en la ganancia de fuerza con un entrenamiento muy básico de flexiones de pino libre, press de tuck , flexiones de lean planche , y flexiones de tuck , por supuesto no podía faltar unoss marcaditas de front lever , y unos hefestos pero con mucho cuidado ya que no quiero forzar de más la muñeca derecha.

I was focused on gaining strength with a very basic workout of free handstand push-ups, tuck presses, lean planche push-ups, and tuck push-ups, for example.
