My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2021

Are HIVE members healthy? I wish you good health. Hello everyone.
There is nothing special to write today. Just like yesterday. I get up late. I play badminton with a friend.

Playing badminton earns a lot of points in Actifit software. Because play with my phone in pocket.
My friend plays like me. He also plays with his phone in his pocket.
But his phone did not score as much as mine.
The phone may be different.

I had to do some house work in the afternoon. The evening has come. In the evening I played badminton again. During the winter season, the day time is very short. I didn't have to do much house work. It is very cold.

HIVE အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ ကျန်းမာပါသလား။ ကျန်းမာပါစေလို့ ဆုတောင်းပါတယ်။ အားလုံးမင်္ဂလာပါ။

ဒီနေ့ရေးစရာ ထွေထွေထူးထူးမရှိပါဘူး။ မနေ့ကလိုပါပဲ။ အိပ်ရာထနောက်ကျတယ်။ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်နဲ့ ကြက်တောင်ရိုက်တယ်။

ကြက်တောင်ရိုက်ခြင်းသည် Actifit ဆော့ဖ်ဝဲလ်တွင် အမှတ်များစွာ ရရှိသည်။ ဘာလို့လဲ ဆိုတော့ အိတ်ကပ်ထဲမှာ ဖုန်းနဲ့ ကစားနေလို့ပါ။

ငါ့သူငယ်ချင်းက ငါနဲ့တူတယ်။ သူ့အိတ်ကပ်ထဲမှာ ဖုန်းနဲ့လည်း ကစားတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် သူ့ဖုန်းက ကျွန်တော့်လိုပဲ အမှတ်မရခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဖုန်းသည် ကွဲပြားနိုင်သည်။

နေ့ခင်းဘက် အိမ်အလုပ်တွေ လုပ်ရတယ်။ ညနေရောက်ပြီ။ ညနေကျတော့ ကြက်တောင်ရိုက်ပြန်တယ်။ ဆောင်းရာသီတွင် နေ့အချိန်သည် အလွန်တိုတောင်းပါသည်။ အိမ်အလုပ်တွေ အများကြီးလုပ်စရာမလိုဘူး။ အရမ်းအေးတာပဲ။
ဒီဓာပ်ပုံတွေကနွားမွေးမြူရေးခြံသွားတုန်းကရိုက်ခဲ့တဲ့ပုံတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒါက ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဒီနေ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုမှတ်တမ်းပါ။
ကျွန်တော့ပို့စ်ကိုဖတ်ပေးလို့ ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ပါတယ်။

Badminton
