My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2022

Good health to all my friends.
I wish you good health. Hello everyone.
I did not post yesterday. Because we went to a friend's house outside the city with friends. We returned home in the evening.

The house is a garden. The owner of the garden is a subsistence garden Cultivated. He grows seasonal crops. I'm so happy to see him.

In the past, adults said. He told me to plant a tree when I got older. This is true.

As a kid, I used to grow seeds in my yard. I am very happy when the seeds I planted grow. This happiness can not be exchanged for anything. When I wake up in the morning, my face is fresh. When I got a new face, I ran and looked at the seedlings I had planted.

Unlike the previous days, I was very happy to see the seedlings growing.

So I urge my friends to plant trees as they get older.

မနေ့ကကျွန်တော်သည် ပိုစ့်မတင်နိုင်ခဲ့ဘူး ။ ဘာဖြစ်လို့လည်းဆိုတော့ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေနဲ့ မြို့အပြင်ဖက်က မိတ်ဆွေ အိမ်သို့ အလည်သွားကြတယ် ။

အဲ့ဒီအိမ်က စိုက်ပျိုးရေးဦးယျာဥ်ခြံတခြံဖြစ်တယ် ။ ခြံပိုင်ရှင်သည် ဦးယျာဥ်ခြံ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ပြီး အေးအေးဆေးဆေးနေထိုင်သူတ​ယောက်ဖြစ်တယ် ။ ရာသီအလိုက်ပေါ်တဲ့ သီးနှံတွေကိုသူကစိုက်ပျိုးတယ် ။ သူကိုကြည့်ရတာအများကြီးစိတ်ချမ်းသာတယ် ။

အရင်တုန်းက လူကြီးတွေပြောကြတယ် ။ အသက်ကြီးလာရင်သစ်ပင်စိုက်ပါလို့ပြောတယ် ။ ဒါဟာ အမှန်ဘဲဖြစ်ပါတယ် ။

ကျွန်တော်ငယ်ငယ်က မျိုးစေ့လေးတွေကိုအိမ်ခြံထဲမှာစိုက်ပျိုးတယ် ။ မိမိစိုက်ပျိုးလိုက်တဲ့ မျိုးစေ့လေးတွေအပင်ပေါက်လာလျှင် တအားပျော်ရွင်တယ် ။ ဒီပျော်ရွှင်မှုက ဘာနှင့်မှလဲလို့မရပါဘူး ။ မနက်အိပ်ယာကထလျှင်မျက်နှာသစ်တယ် ။ မျက်နှာသစ်ပြီးလျှင် မိမိစိုက်ထားသောပျိုးပင်လေးတွေကို ပြေးပြီးကြည့်မိတယ် ။

အရင်ရက်တွေနဲ့မတူဘဲ ပျိုးပင်လေးတွေ ကြီးထွားလာတာမြင်ရရင် တအားပျော်ရွှင်ရပါတယ် ။

ဒါကြောင့်သူငယ်ချင်းတို့လဲ အသက်ကြီးလာလျှင် သစ်ပင်စိုက်ပါလို့ တိုက်တွန်းလိုက်ရပါတယ် ။

အဲ့ဒီခြံထဲမှာ စိုက်ပျိုးထားတဲ့ ငရုပ်သီးအပင်လေးကို ဓာပ်ပုံရိုက်ခဲ့တယ် ။ သူငယ်ချင်းတို့ကြည့်ရန်မျှ​​ဝေပေးလိုက်ပါတယ် ။

အားလုံးကိုကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။
ကျွန်တော့ပို့စ်ကိုဖတ်ပေးလို့ ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ပါတယ်။
