I got up early because I was going to accompany my mom to her medical consultation, she likes to arrive early to be one of the first patients, when she finished she went with my niece to her house and I went back to mine, I was cleaning the house and cooking, in the afternoon I went to the hospital where I work to make a pending procedure, back home I went to the supermarket to get some things I was missing and finally I went home to rest. Hola a todos les comparto mi reporte de actividad del día de ayer 09 de mayo en el que realicé 10k pasos.
Me levanté temprano ya que iba a acompañar a mi mamá a su consulta médica, a ella le gusta llegar temprano para ser de las primeras pacientes, terminando se fue con mi sobrina a su casa y yo regresé a la mía, estuve limpiando la casa y cocinando, por la tarde fui al hospital donde trabajo a realizar un trámite pendiente, de regreso a la casa pase al supermercado a buscar algunas cosas que me faltaban y ya por fin me fui a casa a descansar.
