Hello everyone, I share with you my activity report of August 27th with more than 13k steps, it was a really productive day because I got up early to start my activities, the truth was not very determined to go for a walk because I was thinking more about the things I had to do at home, but finally I got dressed and went for a walk, this time I decided to go to the green walk, which is a route that many people take to exercise, it is designed for that, although it was early the sun was already feeling strong, that did not prevent me to continue my way, I found a bush with some very pretty flowers, the truth is I don't know what they are called, I continued my walk and passed by the artificial lake, behind it about 50 meters away there was a group of women of different ages doing zumba, so I decided to approach and they gave me a sample class, by the way very good, I will continue going in the coming days, and in the afternoon I took my son to the hairdresser, I took the opportunity to continue with my steps and at night like every Wednesday I went to work, it was a day of winning to win.

Hola a todos, les comparto mi reporte de actividad del 27 de agosto con más 13k pasos, fue un día en verdad productivo ya que me levanté Tempra a comenzar mis actividades, la verdad no estaba muy decidida a salir a caminar porque pensaba más en las cosas que tenía que hacer en casa, pero al fin me vestí y sali a caminar, está vez decidí ir hacia el paseo verde, que es una ruta que muchas personas toman para hacer ejercicio, está diseñada para eso, aunque era temprano el sol ya se sentía fuerte, eso no impidió que siguiera mi camino, encontré un arbusto con unas flores muy bonitas, la verdad no sé cómo se llaman, continúe mi marcha y pasé por el lago artificial, atrás de el a unos 50 metros aproximadamente se encontraba un grupo de mujeres de diferentes edades realizando zumba, así que decidí acercarme y me dieron una clase muestra, por cierto muy buena, seguiré llendo en próximos días, ya en la tarde llevé a mi hijo a la peluquería, aproveché para continuar con mis pasos y por la noche como todo miércoles fui a trabajar, fue un día de ganar ganar.
