My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2025

Hello everyone, back with my activity reports, this time with today's report with more than 9k steps, which I took from the early hours of the day at work. When I left, I went home to do some errands and then went to my mother's house to take care of her, as she needs help and care due to health issues. It was a long day, but spent with family.

Hola a todos, de regreso con mis reportes de actividad, en esta ocasión con el reporte del día de hoy con más de 9k pasos los cuales realicé desde las primeras horas del día en el trabajo, al salir regresé a casa para hacer algunos pendientes e ir a casa de mi madre a cuidarla, ya que por cuestiones de salud requiere de ayuda y cuidados, un día largo Pero en familia.
