Hello everyone, I would like to share with you yesterday's activity report for November 3rd, in which I took more than 14k steps. It was a very busy and productive day, starting early with Zumba classes, lots of movement, and good vibes.

After spending a good time exercising, I returned home for breakfast and then went to the supermarket to do the biweekly shopping. Then I did some housework, since I'm a little behind due to the days I spend taking care of my mom. In the evening, like every Monday, I worked at the hospital, where they changed my area and I was with the newborns. I ended up tired but very satisfied with my day of activity. Hola a todos, les comparto el reporte de actividad del día de ayer 03 de noviembre en el que realice más de 14k pasos, fue un día muy movido y productivo, iniciando desde temprano en las clases de zumba, mucho movimiento y buena vibra.
Después de pasar un buen rato haciendo ejercicio regrese a la casa a desayunar y para poder ir al supermercado para realizar las compras de la quincena, posteriormente me dedique a realizar labores del hogar ya que ando un poco atrasada por los días que me dedico a cuidar a mi mamá, ya por la noche como cada lunes trabajé en el hospital donde me cambiaron de área y estuve con los recién nacidos, terminé cansada Pero muy satisfecha de mi día de actividad, aquí me despido hasta mi próximo reporte, saludos.
