My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2026

Hello everyone, I'm sharing yesterday's activity report with 7k steps.

Yesterday was a pretty relaxed day, possibly because of the weather, which was cool all day long. At night, at work, like every Saturday, the area where I work is quite closed off and cold, and we don't know if it's day or night, but we still work with a positive attitude. Hola a todos les comparto el reporte de actividad del día de ayer con 7k pasos.
Ayer fue un día bastante relajado, posiblemente por el clima que ha estado fresco durante todo el día, por la noche en el trabajo como cada sabado, en el área en la que laboro es bastante cerrada y fría, ahí no sabemos si es de día o de noche, aun así se trabaja con toda la actitud. Nos vemos en mi próximo reporte, saludos.
