My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2021
My muscles are not hurting as much anymore after reducing the intensity of my exercise activities for a couple of days. Thanks to that I was able to reach 10,000 points again. Congrats me!
That said the weather's terrible today. Because of that I couldn't go out so I could only make do with aerobics, doing house chores, weight lifting, and jogging inside the house.
What I meant by jogging inside the house was that I stayed in one place while I jogged . Just think of a treadmill, and how people could run inside the house without actually going anywhere. I did that just without the actual treadmill.
Can that be considered cheating? No, I don't think so since I'm still moving my body, sweating, and burning calories. I think it's as effective as normal jogging just not as enjoyable since you can't feel the wind on your body.
