My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2021
Another day another gloomy weather. Honestly, the gloomy weather is starting to feel like the default weather.
Well, no matter. As long as it doesn't rain and I could go outside; I'm good.
Anyways, let's get into today's program 😹
So I woke up really early today and started jogging at 5:30 around the neighborhood.
Around 6:00 I increased the intensity of my exercise and did some running for about 15. When I got tired I alternate to walking and jogging.
When most of the folks in my neighborhood have woken up; started walking home. And after resting for a bit. I started cleaning around the house and did some aerobics afterwards. By 8:00 am I pretty much reached 10,000 points.
