My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2021
It seemed that the expected typhoon won't be coming into our province after all which is great for exercising outdoors.
Now that the wind is no longer blowing as hard as before I could finally clean our yards that are full of leaves and other trash blown by the wind.
So yeah most of my points today was thanks to the yard work I did since 7:00 am. That said I was still able to do a lot of jogging, running, walking since I started really early. Besides the aforementioned activities I also did aerobics.
After doing all of that I finished my daily activities by doing house chores like sweeping the floor, rearranging some furnitures and the likes.
