Today was another busy day, starting with moving around while presenting some training material.

Then I took a quick walk to see the homecoming parade. This was followed by some homecoming tailgating.

Then I stepped in a quick workout that focused on triceps and the back chain, it was good.

Then the homecoming game just added more activity.
