Pochettino destitución

Mauricio Pochettino should not be Chelsea Fc manager for another day. It is clear that he has outgrown the club and cannot be in charge any longer.

I think that after today's scandalous defeat it is clear that Pochettino should not be the Chelsea manager but not a single second more, this is unsustainable, unbearable and it is time for him to step aside and go back to where he came from.

And along with him must go the two co-sporting directors and their nefarious policy of signings that have caused terrible damage in such a short time to the club and that apparently already begins to give problems also in the economic aspect.

In the sporting area it is clear that it is a great fiasco, as they have bought players who have the promise of a promise with the clear intention that these players explode and can be sold at a better price later.

This would be fine if it were a development club, but this is not Chelsea and the fans of this club are used to something else, to lift titles to be protagonist of the league and in the Champions League always die with their boots on.

But this is what happens when you hire people who have made their career in mid-table teams, they are used to that to mid-table, the Co-Sporting Directors have the mid-table mentality and because of that is that their signings are aimed to be mid-table players and not elite stars.

In this team there is not one player who is truly elite, except for Thiago Silva and we all know that he is already 39 years old and is in the twilight of his career from there there is nothing else, line by line there is no elite player who has the winning mentality that can carry the team when they are in trouble.

And those who are supposed to be the leaders of this club either spend more time in the infirmary or have a really deplorable level. Players like James, Chilwell, Sterling, Enzo are called upon to step up to show that they are the internal leaders of the team, but what goes hiding behind performances that I'm sure youth players would do better than them.

The owners are in this club for one reason only: business. But in order for this business to work, it must be sustained by the sporting aspect, because ten years from now when they can sell the club, nobody will want to buy them from a third or fourth division club.

Or at least they will not be able to recover their investment, how is it possible that they have spent so much money and there is no halfway decent player with a level and standard that the club is used to.

Pochettino is unsustainable and should leave today along with the authors of this disaster. If they want to look like they care about the club there must be changes today.

Mauricio Pochettino no debe de seguir siendo el técnico del Chelsea Fc ni un solo día más. Esta claro que el club le ha quedado grande y no puede de estar al mando más tiempo.

Creo que después de la derrota escandalosa del día de hoy queda claro que Pochettino no debe de ser el técnico del Chelsea pero ni un solo segundo más, esto es insostenible, insoportable y es tiempo que de un paso al costado y que se vaya por dónde vino.

Y junto a el se deben de ir los dos Co-directores deportivos y su nefasta política de fichajes que le han causado un terrible daño en tan poco tiempo al club y que al parecer ya comienza a dar problemas también en lo económico.

Pues en lo deportivo esta claro que es un gran fiasco, pues se han comprado jugadores que tienen el cartel del promesa con la clara intención de que estos jugadores exploten y se les pueda vender a un mejor precio más adelante.

Esto estaría bien si fuera un club de desarrollo, pero no esto es Chelsea y los fans de este club están acostumbrados a otra cosa, a levantar títulos a ser protagonista de la liga y en la Champions League siempre morir con las botas puestas.

Pero esto es lo que sucede cuando se contratan a personas que han hecho su carrera en equipos de media tabla, están acostumbrados a eso a la media tabla, los Co-directores deportivos tienen la mentalidad de media tabla y debido a eso es que sus fichajes van encaminados a ser jugadores medianos y no estrellas de elite.

En este equipo no hay ni un jugador que sea verdaderamente de élite, salvo Thiago Silva y todos sabemos que ya tiene 39 años y está en el ocaso de su carrera de ahí no hay nada más, linea por línea no hay un jugador de élite que tenga la mentalidad ganadora que pueda acarrear al equipo cuando esté en problemas.

Y los que supuestamente deberían de ser los líderes de este club o pasan más tiempo en la enfermería o tienen un nivel realmente deplorable. Jugadores como James, Chilwell, Sterling, Enzo están llamados a dar un paso adelante de demostrar que son los líderes internos del equipo, pero que va se esconden tras actuaciones que estoy seguro que los juveniles harían mejor partido que ellos.

Los dueños están en este club por una sola razón: El negocio. Pero para que ese negocio les pueda funcionar debe de estar sostenido por lo deportivo, porque de acá a diez años que ya puedan vender al club nadie les va a querer comprar a un club de tercera o cuarta división.

O al menos no van a poder recuperar su inversión, como es posible que hayan gastado tanto dinero y que no haya ningún jugador medianamente decente con un nivel y con el estándar que el club está acostumbrado.

Lo de Pochettino es insostenible y deb irse hoy junto a los autores de este desastre. Si quieren aparentar que les interesa el club deben de haber cambios hoy.
