Haha, rather I went on a tour with friends who I showed around the depths a bit. 😎

I take magnesium in the evening, but I have a second daily dose. And on January 15, I came up with the idea of moving my first dose to the morning. What is your daily dose?

See, my dose is 1.48g Citrate and the package sais "providing 440 mg Elemental Magnesium" only in the evening. And another one of those throughout the day.

@cervisia, looks like !invest_vote has another hick-up. Anything you need for the project?

Is there a reason why you take such a high doses? Are you doing some extreme sports?
Even when I dive 5 times a day (which is a lot) I'm ok with 400 mg.

Oh, what makes you say it's a high dose? Where did you get the amount of your dose?

I'm just following the recommendations I took for myself on December 8th until further notice.

And I can testify that this dose currently corresponds to the manufacturer's recommendation. It will be interesting when new "evidence" soon sets out legal requirements as to what will be "allowed" on a daily basis. Don't you think?

I listen to my body and take what it needs. I test, adjust and retest. I don't follow recommendations. We are all unique, that's why I follow my intuition and do what's best for me.
