My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2023 Morning Walk at the surfing site of Cabanaroan Beach, Quirino, Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines.

It was a wonderful morning as the sea is calm and a little bit cloudy, perfect to take a walk along the shore without worrying too much from the heat of the sun and as I walk, I take several photographs of the lovely seascape.

Then set my phone to automatic mode as I go southwards in order to check if the water is shallow at the mouth of the river.

However, I found it to be about waist deep so I aborted my plan to cross at the other side as the water will become deeper in a couple of minutes and I resorted to take more photographs.

That's the view of the cement plant, the only industrial zone in my place of which I worked various tasks at its production division before I became a security guard.

The water is so calm and clear however I wasn't able to take a dip as I forgot to bring my sling bag to keep my gadgets safe once I wet my six pocket shorts.

So I continue walking at the seashore and look for subjects to be nailed at this composition.

And these rocks caught my attention as their color is eye-catching due to algae that covered its surface

Then I took a photograph of this lovely wild flower of a plant named Ipomoeae pes capris or goat foot Ipomoeae or beach morning glory.
