Looking for a quiet place

Beginning January with bombings of our sovereign nation, my activities this new year are fraught with tension, because we have had many difficult days; therefore, although the country is calm, there is a profound silence. And going to the park today gives me a respite, as the atmosphere surrounding us is indescribable.

Comenzando el mes de enero con bombardeos a nuestra nación soberana, mi actividad de este nuevo año está cargada de muchas tensiones, porque hemos tenido muchos días difíciles; para ello, a pesar de que el país está en calma, reina mucho silencio. Y salir al parque hoy me da un respiro, ya que el ambiente que nos envuelve es indescriptible.

In these difficult times, the park offers a peaceful haven; this hidden corner of nature is a refuge that invites us to unwind and find serenity. Life is wonderful in this setting, and despite the hardships, the lush vegetation and the rows of majestic trees help us overcome the challenges.

Para estos días difíciles, el parque es la opción para encontrar un espacio de tranquilidad; este lugar escondido en la naturaleza es un refugio que nos invita a distraernos y tener serenidad. La vida es maravillosa en este escenario y, a pesar de las adversidades, la vegetación y la fila de árboles majestuosos nos hacen desafiar los peligros.

This environment is like a balm to soothe our worries; it's a place that helps us find peace after the storm. Its landscape and atmosphere, adorned with the beauty of flowers, cheer us up and clear our minds. The undergrowth crunching underfoot puts us on alert, but it also distracts us, allowing us to experience the serenity of the park.

Este ambiente es como un bálsamo para aliviar nuestras inquietudes; es un lugar que nos ayuda a buscar paz después de la tormenta. Su paisaje y ambiente adornado con la belleza de las flores nos alegran y dispersan nuestra mente. Su maleza crujiendo cuando la pisamos nos pone alerta, pero nos desconcentra para que vivamos la serenidad del parque.

This way today I enjoyed the park by walking and photographing every step I took to occupy my mind and intensely enjoy the day.

De esta manera hoy disfruté el parque caminando y fotografiando cada paso que di para ocupar mi mente y disfrutar con intensidad el día.
