cada día con el mismo enfoque constante y disciplinado con un objetivo muy claro y es darlo todo en todos mis entrenamientos buscar mi mejor versión y Nivel en este bello deporte que amó y conjunto a ello darme a conocer y dejar una huella en la calistenia. Dicho esto, comencemos.
Hoy en él marcó de mi cuarto con la barra multifuerza que tengo quise hacer uno de mis entrenos favoritos que es un poco de repaso y activación en Front lever estático que es de mis preferidos.
me extendí unos 25 minutos de excesivo calentamiento con la liga los tríceps los bíceps el antebrazo la muñeca y la espalda todos de 20 reps cada una en 3 series culminado este calentamiento.
empecé con la rutina agregue 4 series de press de front con descanso de 2 minutos a 3 repeticiones por lo que estoy en volumen de press porque quiero mejorarlo en limpieza y estética .
4 series de 2 pull ups de front por mi enfoque que tengo en pawermovie dominando superbién
y 4 aguantes de 6 seg en front lever que aunque no he tenido el tiempo suficiente para entrenar constantemente front no he perdido nivel.
sino resistencia a la hora del aguante a mejorar y a mutar se ha dicho que queda mucho por recorrer, espero que les hayan gustado gracias por su atención y nos vemos en la próxima.

I spent about 25 minutes of an intense warm-up with the band, working my triceps, biceps, forearm, wrist, and back, all 20 reps each in 3 sets, completing this warm-up.
I started the routine by adding 4 sets of front presses with a 2-minute rest for 3 reps, so I'm at a pressing volume level because I want to improve my cleanliness and aesthetics.
4 sets of 2 front pull-ups, based on my approach to powermovie, which I've mastered superbly.
And 4 6-second holds on the front lever. Although I haven't had enough time to consistently train the front, I haven't lost any level.
