Sportivities - Bike Riding - Push Up

I am more challenged to do some exercises. This morning, I went bike riding with my kids. I have three children. The eldest daughter was in school. Her sister and brother were studying at home. My kids finished their school works at 10.00 in the morning. I decided to take them to ride.

We rode on the street in a housing development near my house. It was about two to three kilometers away. There were not many cars on the streets. I thought the street was safe to ride on. My son rode first. My daughter became the camera girl. She took the pictures and videos of my son's riding. After, my son was tired, I asked my daughter to ride. My son turned to be the camera boy. He took the pictures and vidoes of his sister.

That was a fun activity for my kids. My kids felt tired. I stopped at an open area and did some exercises. In the sunlight, I warmed up and then did push-ups. I did not want to force myself because the last time I did push-ups I felt short of breath. I tried to do push-ups at a slow pace. I could do push-ups 10 times. I thought it was enough for me. We took a different track to go home. We did pass the main street, but we passed through a small alley that was only for bikers and walkers.
The path was red-ground, with some grass on either side of the path. My kids felt more challenged to ride. There was a small bridge made of bamboo. We rode over the bridge.

After riding and doing push-ups, we felt tired. We had to drink lots of water. Plain water is good. Today's sportivities have made me feel more fresh, though I was tired. I think regular exercise is a great thing to do to keep my body healthy.

I find exercise very helpful to my brain activity. It also helps me defend against mental exhaustion. I think it is because when we exercise everything in our body is running very fast and our brain is getting an excellent amount of oxygen. I am not a medical professional, this is just my personal observation.

That is true, little exercise will burn much calories too. It will prevent from getting more health problems. Exercise should not be tiring but should be regular and proportional.

I really felt part of the adventure in this video, your kids are bright and full of smiles. It seems exercise has taken over ASEAN Hive, perhaps there needs to be some kind of exercise related challenge soon 🤔, although it might have to wait until I'm back in Cambodia.

That is good idea, sport challenge for Asean hive communities. That will be interesting to see various contents sports. Besides that , the topic will inspire the members to be more active physically so they can be healthier.

Thanks, my kids study offline in school only twice a week. They need some outdoor activities. I thought to ask them to ride the bike. They enjoyed riding bikes under the sunlight. They did sport too.
