The photos above show public transportation here in our city. The mini bus replaced some of the jeepneys (second photo). These jeepneys were remodeled from Jeeps brought to the country by the Americans during the war.

My only goal for today was to see the sunrise. It rained some last night which seem to happen lately so I thought it will be a lovely sunrise and I was right.

I did half jog and half walk today. I felt I had more stamina and endurance running. Also, my right knee discomfort is gone or it doesn't bother me anymore.
