My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2019
Good news for me. The wife has decided to join Virgin Active gym again starting in the new year! Good because it's joined onto my favourite 'lifestyle' mall which as well as having great cafes, workspaces and food, has a running track around the roof ....sorry the picture is crap, I will take a better one next time!
So I strolled around a few laps whilst waiting for her but lunchtime wasn't the best time with the sun directly above and parts of the circuit have no shade . .anyway, I showed willing but pity the poor person who sat near the smelly red faced old bloke in Starbucks afterwards!
It also means chill out and peace time for me while she goes on her usual 3 hour serial class binge! She will lose a few pounds, be happier and stop moaning at me about putting on weight.
2020 is looking good already!
In other news.......
......snow has been forecast to fall in Bangkok on December 25th.
(I made that last part up)
