My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2020

I knew my little friend wouldn't let me down! Dinner with her family is always followed by football in the street , scootering (she scooters, I run) and various games that involve the old man running around getting more and more red-faced and sweaty!

Anyway, it did the trick . 6k for me and a little impetus to see if I can get a few more in today as I do the chores and generally potter about.

Hope is everyone is staying safe and sane and I send you all my best wishes.

Some football leagues start soon a and then we can get back to giving some more tokens away!
