My Actifit Report Card: August 12 2022
I seem to be settling into a rhythm of getting my daily 5k without going to much over.
I think an extra determined and purposeful push is needed to start doing 10k daily instead of 5k but it's always time that is needed.
The question is how to build in extra movement to quite a rigid daily routine.
Keep thinking. Keep trying. Keep pushing forward.
