10k Once Again! My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2023
Weather Report
Hurrah! Once again I made it possible. It is the result of yesterday's walk and shopping. I went to the big market by foot and came back to home by foot. A long way I walked. I was not tired and had no nap after lunch.
When we spend a good day, our night become peaceful. I was done with my work for last night and sleept with peace. Weather was good enough and the cold weather seems gone. I had snacks and cakes. I was full for next meal.
Spent some quality time with kids when taking their class. They are powerful because they spread happiness faster than we adult. What else I should mention, I don't understand but whenever my writing for the day, later I remember something I missed mentioning to share.
Today I was damn busy so skipped shower. I made only 5k today because my activities were something that can be done by sitting on bed or chair. I need to have a coffee but I can skip it because getting busy with something else. It happen to many times.
