Beautiful Sunday! My Actifit Report Card: February 26 2023

It could be a beautiful Sunday if I choose the right food for me. I bought some junk foods like a snack with lots of spices and it burnt my mouth and my eyes turn teary for this. Actually it was a new shop to me and I bought for home parcel and when I start eating it was not as tasty as usually it is! I had vomiting after eating the spicy crispy food. If I ignore this incident then I can say it was a good day so far.

I had a short walk and I bought my regular coffee. I paid for a trip in next Friday and I'm excited about visiting a new place for hangout. There will be no family and friends with me but still when its a trip, its my favourite even I may go alone. Its a group of women with whom I decide to go and enjoy the day. Hope for a good trip.

March is very closer to us and two months of 2023 almost over. Time is so cruel. We all are getting older and a step ahead to death. Sometimes I think about death and it scary because death is very closer to us like the distance between our two eyes. Anyway, I'm getting serious though I'm expecting a happy and safe journey on Friday.

My activity number is as usual and its 5k again. Wish to be more active someday. Have fun!
