Need More Sleep! My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2023

These days I'm feeling more sleepy. After waking up from sleep in the morning I feel more sleepy. My body need more rest and I couldn’t stop sleeping until my working hours start. Sometimes my working hours about to start and I do hurry to get ready and get going.

Last few days I had a good rest and had cough syrup to overcome serious cold. My cough syrup is herbal and it is not responsible for this over sleeping. Probably waking up at midnight is the reason behind my morning sleep.

Whatever it is, I need rest and need to be recharge and refresh. I had minimum 7-8 hours of sleep to feel fine. If I focus on my well being, I'll be more active and strong. Only eating foods are not enough for our body, sleeping is also important to stay active.

Its 5k as usual because I didn’t go for a walk. I may go for walk tomorrow. Not yet sure about that.
