No Routine, Its Random! My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2023

Hello friends,
Hope you all are doing good today. I had one more food shopping and this time I bought fruits and also a burger. It was a good walk outside. I walked almost an hour, usually I walk 30-45 minutes but I walked more than that. I was late attending prayers and was sleepy as I didn’t take a nap.
Night feels cool if I open my window. Sometimes natural air is enough and you’ve no need to switch on you AC to feel cool in a artificial way. Spring is awesome for cool breeze and I close the window of my room before sleeping. I wish, I could hold the spring all year long. I had beef, small fishes as meal and I love my foods.
Watched few episodes of my favourite sitcom and its a science fiction comedy series. I laugh on their act. I often watch funny videos and sitcoms that make me laugh and happy. These days I'm not having nap in the day so I feel sleepy early at night. My timing of activities are not following a specific routine but thankfully I can complete them one by one.
No plan for a new day and going with the flow. I don’t want to skip anything that I need to complete on time. There is no deadline that I set but a lots of things to do.
I made 7k so far and didn’t force myself to make it 10k. My actifit app often crashed and it can't track my activities properly. Hope the problem will be fixed asap.

As for the app, have you considered a Fitbit? I use that as I don't always carry my phone with me 100% of the time. The Fitbit tracks and works with the app really well. I've used it for over 3 years with actifit.

An hour walk is wow... Congrats on reaching 7k and for staying physically active. Great to hear spring is already there so enjoy while it lasts :)
Also noticed that the app doesn't record every step. I may need to reinstall FitBit soon.
