It was a very quiet day at the office. Most of my time were spent working in front of my PC to a point that I had a headache for looking at the monitor for so long. As such, I just hit the couch when I got home, which explains my low numbers.

This is sinigang, a popular sour soup dish in the Philippines. However, in NZ, as we don't have the local Philippine fish available, we use salmon instead.
